About the programme
Our Field Engineer Development Programme (FEDP) is an on-the-job-training designed to develop future leaders in various aspects of the Technical & Engineering field. Through this 24-month programme, we provide trainees with immersive and authentic learning experiences to equip them with a holistic view of the New Installation (NI) and Existing Installation (EI) business model, and ensure that they can obtain all the necessary certifications for their role.
Programme requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3.0 / Second Class Upper
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ experience

- Induction, technical training & safety certification
Month 2-24:
- Rotations across key departments
- New Installation (NI)
- Existing Installation (EI)
- Technical Support & Modernization
